Hi. I'm Mark, and I live in New York City. This is my blog. I love to eat, to cook, and to read about food. I grew up in Ireland, and have been living in the US since 1994.
I work as a wine sales consultant, specializing in fine Spanish wines. I am also a culinary student by night. Previously my career was in the Interactive Marketing space, and have worked on Web projects for companies ranging from IBM to small businesses of one person. I still love
working within the Web realm (I continue to do ad-hoc projects), and being part of it personally through my blog and various personal projects I am part of.
